Hi all!
Sorry I haven't written in a while, but it's been a busy 2007! I just
returned from Wyoming, where I performed in concert at the Jackson
Wildlife Art Museum. AND, more importantly I reunited with one of my
favorite pianists and great friend, Keith Phillips. Keith and I started
out together many years ago, when we headlined Chicago's famed Pump
Room. We will be performing again at the Grand Teton Music Festival
in Wilson, Wyoming on Thursday, July 12, 2007 at 8pm, along with some
great musicians including drummer, Paul Wertico. The concert will also
feature former Chicagoan, pianist Pam Drews Phillips.
And, my friends at Ravinia Festival, Highland Park, have invited me
to perform at their prestigious concert venue. I am so honored to be
the only performer to be invited back 3 years running for their Birthday
celebration. This year the all day music festival will be held on Sunday,
July 1, 2007. I will be performing at the Martin Theatre. my performance
is scheduled for 5:00 PM.
Also, Carey Deadman and I are starting pre-production work on our 2nd
CD. I want to thank all of you for the kind words regarding our first
collaboration, At Long Last. Carey Deadman is one extremely talented
guy.
Well that's all for now, all the best...

** Any singers out there who need Carey's musical excellence added to
their project, whether it be arranging material for a CD or live performance,
he is your man. He is at ease whether he is writing for a small or large
ensemble, as well as being one hell of a producer. His arranging skills
are beyond compare. He is truly gifted. One of the best musicians I
have ever worked with, and a hell of a nice guy!
